KAREN LYNCH PROFESSIONAL BIO

Karen’s Executive Sales Management career has spanned over 20 years: 16 years with a Fortune 500 Electrical and Data Communications Company and eight (8) years with a privately held Bay Area Information Management company.

Karen has managed and coached sales teams varying from 9 to 55 employees and led High-Performance Selling programs and sales training and coaching programs throughout her 23 years in Executive Sales roles.

Karen left the corporate world in 2015 to pursue her passion for helping other women find harmony in their lives. The model of coaching she does balances self-awareness with keen agility to help create an environment where individuals can be deeply fulfilled, connected to others, and help create success in what matters most. Karen’s process of decluttering and organizing, combined with her natural ability to identify and create processes to help clear space, help women clear out their space and clutter in a nurturing and intuitive manner.

Karen was born and raised in Burlingame and attended local schools. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and graduated from the Richardson Developmental Sales Coaching Program. Karen is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Life Coach (CPCC) through Coaches Training International, a Certified Organizational Specialist, and is a Certified Productive Environment Specialist through the Productive Environment Institute.

She and her husband Paul reside in Burlingame Hills; her 19-1/2-year-old son attends the University of Denver, and her 16-year old son attends DesignTech High School (d.tech) on the Oracle campus.

Karen is active in the local community and is Past President and Board Advisor for the Burlingame Hillsborough Neighborhood Club. She loves Pilates, hiking, the beach, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
